How I got here
I started as a plumber’s mate, on domestic and commercial jobs — which is how most people in this trade actually learn it, working with someone who already knows how. I have been trading on my own since 2019
Born and bred in Norwich, and I have been in Norfolk the whole thirty years since. Family man. Most of what I do when I am not working is the coast, football and food
How I work
Dust sheets down, and the job explained in plain English at the end of it. Most of this work happens in people’s homes while they are living in them, so being easy to have about the place matters nearly as much as the plumbing does
It is the thing that comes up most in the reviews — friendly, tidy, cleaned up afterwards. I would rather be known for that than for being the cheapest
