This website sets no cookies at all. No advertising pixels, no session tracking, nothing that follows you off the site. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Analytics

We may count visits using Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service. It records the page visited, the country, and roughly which kind of device — all of it aggregated. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data and cannot follow you to another website, which is why it needs no consent banner under UK law.

What the site does store

Nothing on your device. The instant estimator keeps your answers in the page’s memory while you work through it, and that is discarded the moment you close the tab. If you submit it, the details go to us and to JotForm, as described in the privacy policy.

Fonts and images

The typefaces and photographs are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts or a content delivery network, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.

If that ever changes

If Google Analytics or anything similar is switched on in future, UK law requires a consent banner before any analytics cookie is set, and this page must be updated to list what each cookie does and how long it lasts.
