Plumber in Cley
Cley sits on the edge of the marsh, and where you put things matters here more than in almost anywhere else we work.

Working in Cley
The village is small, old and largely listed, strung along the road with the windmill and the marshes behind it. Much of it is holiday accommodation, and a good deal of it sits low.
It is about an hour from base and grouped with the rest of the coast into one trip. Everything here is planned rather than reactive.
Where we get called
- Cley windmill
- The marshes and the bird reserve
- Cley beach
- Wiveton and Glandford
- The Blakeney and Salthouse road
What goes wrong in Cley
The housing here has its own habits. These are the jobs we get called to most.
Flood risk changes where kit goes
Boilers, controls and electrics sited low in a property on the marsh edge are asking for trouble. Where there is a choice, we put things up rather than down, and we will explain why.
Listed, and genuinely so
A lot of Cley is protected. Flue positions, external pipe runs and anything visible from the street need thinking about before the quote is written.
Damp is not always a leak
In old flint buildings this close to the water, damp often has nothing to do with plumbing. We would rather tell you that than sell you a repair that will not fix it.

What people say
Very polite and courteous behaviour. Problem identified straight away, and work completed in a very professional manner. Will definitely use again and will certainly recommend to others.
